Are these prices firm?
The prices listed are starting points based on current market rates. Your final price depends on design complexity, size, quantity, and materials. I’ll always give you an exact quote before anything is made.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a 50% deposit is required to begin all custom orders. The remaining balance is due before pickup or shipping. This protects both of us and ensures I can source your materials right away.
How long does an order take?
Turnaround time varies by product and my current order queue. Most orders are completed within 5–10 business days. Rush orders are sometimes available — just ask when you reach out!
Can I get a discount for ordering multiple items?
Absolutely! Bulk and bundle pricing is available. The more you order, the better the per-item price. This is especially great for events, teams, and business packages.
Do you offer refunds?
Because every item is made to order and fully custom, I’m unable to offer refunds. However, if something arrives damaged or wasn’t made to the approved proof, I will absolutely make it right.
How do I place an order?
Fill out the order request form on our website, or reach out directly. We’ll discuss your project, I’ll send a digital proof, you approve it, pay your deposit, and I get to work crafting it!
